KIB Talks: Manage your group’s research information with KI RIMS

In this presentation we will be demonstrating how KI RIMS can help you, as a research group leader, to manage and reuse information about your group's members, publications, research grants and more. We will show how this information is used on ki.se, for your external group page. We will also briefly cover how the profile pages work and show the group-level reports that you can generate from the reporting hub in KI RIMS

This presentation is aimed at those who are authorised to edit group information in KI RIMS.  All research groups / units / teams that exist in Primula, i.e. in KI's organisation, can have their own group page on ki.se with some information automatically retrieved from KI RIMS. 

During the presentation we will give you a hands-on demonstration and explore best practices on how to use the system. There will be time for questions at the end. You are also welcome to email your questions in advance.

The workshop will be held in English but we also speak Swedish.

During the semester, KIB offers a series of KIB Talks open to all doctoral students, researchers and other employees at KI. The subjects varies and we add new topics regularly. We are also happy to organise a KIB Talk (a workshop or a presentation "on demand") specially for your department or other.  Please let us know what you're interested in!
