Is it a hassle to order articles or borrow books from the University Library?

• Convenient: In most cases, you will have your ordered article via a link in your e-mail within 24 hours.
• Keep track: You can easily see which articles or interlibrary loans you have made via My loans at kib.ki.se.
• Status: You can easily see the status of your order.
• Easy: As an employee, all you need to do is apply for an account and contact the library to activate your library account. (Of course, you are also welcome to visit us - chances are you won't be able to tear yourself away from our cosy premises and exciting collections...)
• All the way home: As a staff member, you can have ordered books sent to you by post.

Here's how:

1. Fill in the application form.
2. Contact the library to activate your library account.
3. Order item or interlibrary loan book. 

*You only need to do steps 1-2 once. You can order and borrow as many times as you like.

Did you know that...

With your KI card, you have access to the library's nice premises every day of the week from 7:00 to 22:00 (more about Meröppet – extended opening hours). The library not only has study spaces and group rooms for students, but also social corners and reading places for you.

The library does not only have course literature! In addition to a lot of non-fiction, the Camera Obscura (Solna) and Laterna Magica (Flemingsberg) collections are filled with fiction. In the collection for Lika villkor (equal opportunities), norm-breaking and norm-critical perspectives are highlighted in areas such as healthcare, medicine, pedagogy and psychology. And you; we are happy to receive purchase suggestions from you who are KI employees.
