Changes to the library’s e-resources in 2024

As of 1 January 2024, there are some changes to the publishing agreements available at KI. Here is an overview of the changes for this year.

New or changed publishing agreements with the following publishers:

  • AMA/JAMA – includes the publisher’s two fully open access journals.
  • Sage – includes the publisher’s fully open access journals (about 200)
  • Frontiers – articles published in any of the publisher’s journals (about 230) are paid for by the research funders: Formas, Forte, the Swedish Research Counsil and Vinnova.
  • PLOS - articles published in any of the publisher’s 15 journals are paid for by the research funders: Formas, Forte, the Swedish Research Counsil and Vinnova.
  • MJS Publishing (formerly Medical Journals Sweden) – articles published in any of the publisher’s 9 journals journals are paid for by the research funders: Formas, Forte, the Swedish Research Counsil and Vinnova.
