The database provides detailed explanations for each image. For example, if we search for "virus," the image to the left appears. When we click on it, we learn not only that the image represents the Hepatitis B virus (HBV) and was produced using a colored transmission electron micrograph (TEM), but also what HBV is and does to the human body.
