How accessible is this site?

This website partially fulfills requirements and laws regarding accessibility for digital services.

What can you do if you cannot use parts of this site?

If you need information from kib.ki.se in another format, for example as an accessible pdf, large text, easy to read format, an audio version or braille, you can let us know (our response time is normally 1-2 workdays).

We are constantly trying to improve our site's accessibility.  If you encounter a problem or if you see a requirement we are not feeling, let us know about it.

If you submit an issue and our not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Agency for Digital Government (info@digg.se).

Not fully accessible

This website is partially compliant with the Swedish accessibility regulations, due to the non-compliances listed below.

PDF files

On our website we have a few PDF files and other documents that are not accessible. We are in the process of rectifying this as soon as possible.

Chat

On our website we have a chat function via a third-party service provider, ImBox. This function is not fully accessible.

Exceptions for unreasonably difficult adaption

Karolinska Institutet University Library applies the exception for unreasonable adaption of parts of kib.ki.se according to 12 § (the law on accessibility of public digital services) on the following grounds:

The library does not have the resources or ability to adapt third party content and services integrated into our website, for example the chat function.

How we have tested our site

We have done internal testing of kib.ki.se including using the tool Accessibility Insights for the Web.
