In 45 minutes, this open science database will be presented. MarkerDB is a comprehensive database of about 28,000 molecular biomarkers: chemical, genetic, protein and karyotype. In the database, detailed descriptions of the markers themselves as well their associated conditions/diseases are found. MarkerDB can therefore be used to find a biomarker for a specific medical condition or disease.
There will be time for questions after the presentation.
This presentation is for doctoral students, postdocs and researchers at KI. It is held in English but we also speak Swedish.
