Now you can publish the comprehensive summary of your thesis with an open Creative Commons license

The majority of research articles authored by KI researchers are published open access with Creative Commons licenses in line with KI's open publishing policy, and this has been the case for many years.

As of fall 2024, you can also publish the comprehensive summary of your doctoral thesis (‘kappa’) open access. Information to help you decide which license to choose is available on our website. In practical terms, you choose the license in the thesis template, which is then made visible in KI Open Archive.
