Master's workshop: Writing clear and effective sentences

In order to communicate your research to others, your writing needs to be clear and well-structured. This applies not just to the structure of your text, but also to your sentences. In this workshop, you will learn hands-on tips and techniques for writing the kind of clear, concise and well-structured English-language sentences that will help you both succeed in your studies and effectively communicate your research to others.

This is a workshop series designed to help students enrolled in international Master's programs at KI get the most out of their studies. The series addresses a variety of topics related to academic communication, from academic writing to oral presentations. You may choose to attend all sessions or just a few. The workshops are free, but you need to register in order to attend. 

Instructions A link will be sent to all registered students the day before the workshop takes place; this link will enable you to enter the online classroom at the appointed time.

To maintain the best possible quality of our workshops, we have a limited number of participants – please make sure you unsubscribe if you can't make it! Your registration is handled in our booking system where you also unsubscribe. If you miss two sessions without notifying us, you will be de-registered from any other workshops that you may have registered for.
