Presentation: Find an orthologous phenotype with the Monarch Initiative

In 20 minutes, this Open Science database will be presented. The Monarch Initiative allows for phenotypic comparison across species by merging data from multiple open sources. It can also potentially be used to aid genetic diagnosis.

There will be time for questions after the presentation.

This presentation is designed for PhD students and researchers in pre-clinical and translational research. You must have and supply an email-address with the ending @ki.se. Register before 19 November.

Language: English (but we do also speak Swedish).
