Biomedical links

The library at Karolinska Institutet has for years collected links to free medical web resources.

The result is an extensive directory of quality controlled links to web sites and information resources on the net. At the moment there are up to 16.000 links in the collection, categorised by subject. The links are collected into several larger sections. There is, for example, one popular section with links to medical images and illustrations. Another, recently added, section is Clinical Case Studies/Grand Rounds. All links are searchable.

Diseases, Disorders & Related Topics
The largest amount of biomedical links are collected in the section for Diseases, Disorders & Related Topics. Here are close to 14.000 links to web resources in the English language considering diseases and disorders. The links are categorized according to the subject headings for diseases in the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH).

Medical information in Swedish
Here you can find links to Swedish web resources about medicine and healthcare. A large amount of the links are for web sites with patient information about different diseases.
