Help us improve the University Library – join the Student Panel!

The aim of the University Library is to facilitate your studies. The library is the working place for the students and offers a number of services that you will need during your time at KI.

• How? To be able to develop library services in the right direction we need your help, and have decided to start a Student Panel, were we can assemble a group of students to ask questions at irregular or regular intervals, perhaps five times a year.
• What? The questions will be of different kinds; concerning your satisfaction with current library services, or on new service developments, changes to the web site, rebuildning/refurnishing of the library, or a new technical device we would like to know if the students use. It could also happen that we would ask the members of the panel if they would join a focus group for a face to face interview.
• What do you agree to? Your undertaking when you join the panel is to answer questions/questionnaires a few times every year.
• What do you get? As a matter of course the results of the student panel polls will be fed back to the panel, including the actions that will be taken by the library as a result of the poll answers.
• How to join the Student panel: use your KI account to log on to Ping Pong. Under the button Events, you choose Catalogue. By clicking on Start you will open the Student Panel and the event will become part of your own list of activities.
