Course litterature

Anyone with a valid library card at the Karolinska Institutet University Library may borrow course books. The loan period is one week.

Course books are also available as day loans. They are to be returned no later than half an hour before the library opens the following day. A day loan that you borrow on a Saturday, has to be returned at 8 am the following Monday. You must return a day loan at the same library as you borrowed them.

You can apply for a library card either directly at the library's customer service, or by filling in our application for a new library card on the web.

When you have a library card, you can see what books you have borrowed, see their due date and renew your loans, by logging in to Your loans.
