GoPubMed, ClusterMed and SLIM

For many researchers PubMed is the most imortant and most used database, hardly surprising since it has a big coverage and is easily accessible and user friendly. Did you know that there are a largre number of additional interfaces for searching PubMed, e.g.:

GoPubMed – uses both MeSH terms and a gene onthology for increased search possiblities. The results are clustered, which means that the results are grouped accordning to subject, using both terminologies. You can also access an advanced statistics module with top authors, network of top authors etc.

ClusterMed - also uses clustering, by MeSH term, but also by title words and abstract. You can also limit your search within a cluster .

SLIM (Slider Interface for MEDLINE/PubMed) (ignore the security warning) – the most important customizations for clinicians can be done easily.

Below you will find the logos of all the complementary interfaces for PubMed materials.
